Albin's history with Falco goes back a long way. Albin, a boating professional, was already present at the company's beginnings. He took part in the the pilot deployment of Falco solutions at Cap d'Agde in 2019.
At the beginning of 2023, Albin joined Falco as Head of Support.
What's your role at Falco?
I'm delighted to be joining the Falco team as Head of Support. My role will be to structure the support, to develop and maintain a good customer relation. My other responsibilities will be operations and training of our new customers.
Can you tell us a few words about your background?
A boating professional for over 25 years, I began my career as a sports educator. I worked in Brittany, the West Indies, Corsica and the south of France. I then turned to the preparation of new and second-hand boats and worked for a dealer of a major French brand. This position evolved into a technical and after-sales manager with a particular focus on customer relations and support.
Why did you choose Falco?
I've always been keen on new technologies and innovation. When the Falco team asked me to test the sensors at the port of Cap d'Agde in 2019, I was immediately enthusiastic about the project. It was obvious to me that the sensors would simplify the work of the port agents and harbourmasters I worked with on a daily basis.
