Falco: What problem does the agent app solve?
Jean-Charles: The app allows the port team to record and centralize incidents and malfunctions encountered with port equipments. It enables tracking the progress of repairs and also serves as a reminder for repairs that need to be done.
Falco: How have the agent app changed the way the port team works together?
Jean-Charles: The app is still in the testing phase for some agents, while others have already adopted it and are using it. We now have only one channel for incidents. The full deployment to all agents is planned for the beginning of this year.

Falco: What type of port would you recommend this tool for?
Jean-Charles: I recommend it to other ports depending on their needs and the willingness of the teams to use this type of tool.
